Problems Logging In

Hey,
There is a solution! If this is the error I'm thinking about, then you should just have to go into your Discovery Document and make sure that the URLs match what is allowed in the specified end points section! Please let me know if this solves the problem.

Interacting with an xml file

Is this file already uploaded into Decisions? If so, you would use Integrations->Internal Services -> Document Service -> Get Document By Folder ID and Name. That should allow you to interact with that document inside of a flow.

Calculating the days between two dates in a report

Thanks for the question.
Presumably due to rounding. If you're using dates that are close together like that, you might be better off using the "calculate hours" instead. Also, you could also look into running some sort of filter that divides this time by 24 to get you the "days" you're looking for. However, keep in mind this can be very intensive if your report is very large.

Error 1064 and full transaction log?

Hey,

This is actually a (SQL) database issue. First you need to drop/delete the transact log, update your DB schedule, and then everything should be fine. If you need more information, please use this link! (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/logs/troubleshoot-a-full-transaction-log-sql-server-error-9002?view=sql-server-ver15).

Deleting users and what happens to my assignments?

Thanks for the questions! The following links might be useful to you:
https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/setting-up-active-directory-ad-server-authentication
https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/creating-an-active-directory-ad-sync-job
https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/integrating-active-directory-with-decisions

But to answer your questions, you can delete all the users by creating a flow that grabs the list of users and then in a loop or however else you'd like, you can iteratively delete all the users. Much easier than trying to delete one by one. As for your assignments, you actually can't delete the users unless their assignments have been resolved in one way or another so you won't have any assignments just in the void.

Data Structure not working after removing space

Hello, could you double check your flows to make sure that you are indeed referencing the new structure without the space? You can expand the properties bar on the side to see the entire name of the structure you're selecting.

Inputs EntityId are required and were not passed

When you create the flows that you add to an entity, these are the flows that are meant to be executed via righclicking on an instance of that entity when you're in a report viewer or something similar and run from there. They take the ID of the entity in question and then run the flow. For your use case, you don't want these to be those type of flows. What I suggest is you left click and select all of the current flow and then save as a template before creating a new flow using that template as the baseline. This will prevent you from getting the entityID error.

Hey,
It actually works great for us that you have a working server. Could you take a look at the settings.xml file for both of the servers and compare them? Are there any differences? Could you make sure to check the ForceBaseURI entry? Sometimes when you're breezing through configuration something is mistyped and double checking might just get it resolved.

How do I get rid of the black dot?

You would go to the properties tab inside your report, click on the arrow to the left of Grid View and under "Grid Settings Type" go down to specified. Then on the Icon choice you can choose a different shape or just disable it (in your case circle -> none). Hope this helps!

Depending on what you're using for your load balancing (either Azure or AWS) you need to check the documentation to configure "sticky sessions".
For AWS look at: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/latest/application/sticky-sessions.html#application-based-stickiness
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/latest/application/sticky-sessions.html

For Azure:

Hello,
So when you're trying to update SSO accounts with login flows like this, its recommended to use the "Save Account" step instead of the "Update Account" step.
