I mistakenly added a 'page report' to a Reports Folder. Now when you click on the reports folder instead of showing the folder entities or content it shows this report as default. How do I remove this or change the default to showing folder entities instead?

PageReport objects are hidden by default. From the 'Folder View' of any folder, you can toggle the visibility of hidden items by changing the default report to All Folder Items (with Hidden). Once you've done that, the page report should be visible in the folder. You can then right-click the PageReport object and delete it. I have attached a pair of screenshots showing how to do this.
