First Login After Install

Hi -
I just installed version 6 on a fresh new Azure VM. Install went fine but when I try to login for the first time (admin@decisions.com/admin) it takes me to a screen that says I need to login to localhost for that user context. I changed the base URL to localhost, but then it tells me "Invalid Username or Password". I tried to reset the password using the Emergency Password Tool, but it still tells me Invalid Username or Password.

We were able to resolve by reinstalling.
