How to Sign up for Support Decisions

I am currently working on a ticket where it requires me to raise a ticket to support decisions, but the website is asking me for user credentials (login), and I currently don't have the credentials to log in. How to register to support decisions.

Hey Tharun,
If you wish to raise a ticket with Decisions support, you can email us at support@decisions.com. Apart from raising a ticket, doing so will also create your account at the Decisions Support portal, and you should receive an email with your credentials to log in to support.decisions.com.
