Set Description of Flow Step/Step Group Template

Hello,
I successfully created a flow step template and would like to set a description that will appear when a user clicks the "i" information button next to the step in the toolbox pictured below:
Where can I set this description so that it provides info on the Template's functionality? I set a description using "Set name and description" from the [Templates] folder where the template lives, but it does not show here.
