Hello,
I created a form template and see that it is saved in Sys -> Designers -> Catalog -> Templates but it is not showing as an option when creating a new form.
How do you use a form template when creating a new form?

Hello Will,
The templates stored in the System -> Designers -> Catalog -> Templates folder are the Form component configurations you have saved in an Form. These allow you to reuse a specific component configuration across multiple Forms. Refer https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/en/saving-flow-step-configuration-as-a-template? for more details. This document covers Flows templates but the Form templates work similarly.
From what I have understood from your request, you are looking to create a base Form design which can be reused whenever we create a new Form. Please refer to https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/turning-designer-entities-into-templates? for more information on how to achieve this.
