I have all my XML serialized and in the format I need it but I need to the files exported off of decisions to my computer. I can see that there are flows that work with files I just don't understand them.

Hello Cameron.
We do have an Example lab that will provide information on a process as well as an example project to review. The below link will walk you through downloading a file.

This looks very helpful but, if I understand correctly I need to import the project to decisions and the link on how to do that is broken. Follow up question, How do I import the project to decisions?

All records can be exported to an XML file. Simply navigate to a list, right-click on on the column headings, and choose Export > XML, or add the parameter of UNL to a list URL. A maximum of 10,000 records are exportable via XML at one time.
