What do the Assignment Lease Settings Do?

I noticed in the settings that there is an assignment settings category. What does changing the Assignment Initial Lease Time and Assignment Action Lease Time do?

Hey Jon,
Here is what those two settings control:
1) Assignment Initial Lease Time - The time that the lease on the assigned form session is good for after a user opens it.
2) Assignment Action Lease Time - The amount of time before another user can use the context/right click action for the assignment. If this time period is shorter than the Initial Time Lease, other assigned users would be able to act on and open the assignment despite the lease not expiring on the assignment session.
