Is it possible to view/display the designer entities such as the truth table, rules from the portal?

We can view the designer entities such as forms, reports, and pages in the portal view in their execution manner and not in an editorial manner. Regarding rules like statement rule, truth tables, matrix rule or legacy flows such as data flow, visibility/validation rules, they get executed at the back end and can't be viewed from the portal.
