How can I reset an account password? I think there's a way to access all accounts and do it that way? Are there any other ways to do this?

Hello!

In the Decisions Studio under System -> Security -> Accounts, an administrator will have access to reset a password by right-clicking the account and clicking the Reset Password action.

Alternatively, it's possible to build a flow to set the password manually. In the flow designer, under Integration > Internal Services > Account Service there are a few steps that are related to passwords. Using the Set Password step, It takes in the Account ID and New Password as inputs, so as long as the Account ID is known, it's a quick workaround.
