Auto populate rows in truth tables

Is there a way to load a truth table without manually typing in values?
Is there a limit on the number of rows in a truth table? I have over 200 rows that i am using.

Auto populating values for truth tables is available for external truth tables only not regular truth tables.
Additional information on external truth tables can be found in the following document

The external truth table can support over 200 rows. In addition, we cache this data to avoid latency. You can also control cache on the External truth table Data Source Settings.
