I want to prevent end-users from using the "Set Culture" and "Set Language" Actions. How can I hide them?

We can hide them using a Action visibility Rule.

1)We will need to create a configuration Folder extension. Navigate to a designer folder and click>Create Datatype/Integration>Configuration Extension>Add Folder Actions & Configuration.

2) For type select "PersonFolderBehavior [DecisionsFramework.ServiceLayer.Services.Organization.PersonFolderBehavior]"
A Configuration Folder will be created.

3)In the configuration Folder create a Action visibility Rule. In the example below the Rule is setup to only hide the "Set Culture" action.

4)Results
